Add a little salt and vinegar to the egg and boil it for 15 minutes.

Cut croissant bread in half and make cuts.

Slice tomatoes thinly, and cut cheese and ham to fit the size of the bread.

Remove the seeds from the avocado in a bowl and crush only the pulp, then crush the boiled egg in another bowl with salt-free butter.

Combine egg and butter in avocado mashed bowl and mix together, then add salt, pepper, mayonnaise, and mastard sauce.

Spread avocado egg salad on the inside of the bread and add bouquet lettuce, tomato, ham, and cheese to complete the sandwich.
Remove eggs from refrigerator 30 minutes before boiling, as temperature differences can break them.
Spread the avocado on the inside of the bread.
